Dr. Smith, the veterinarian, was so compassionate and attentive—she listened to all my concerns and made sure to address each one thoroughly. I especially appreciated how they followed up the next day to check on my pup; it really showed how much they care about their patients. The facility itself was clean and well-organized, which is always a plus in my book. If I had to offer a tiny piece of constructive feedback, it would be to have a few more seating options in the waiting area, as it can get a bit crowded during peak hours.
